  Me and my wife Kátia were in Sovereign Hotel in Prague from October 29 to November 13, 2013. The Sovereign hotel is simply unique, it stays one block from main train station, Praha Hlavní Nadrazí, less than three minutes from rue Venceslau, and aproximately fifteen minutes pleasured walking to Old Town. Before - The staff were very helpful, chatty and polite. They asked about our travels and were genuinely interested in what our plans were. They had water at the reception (bonus!). When asked the staff organised the room to be cleaned at a specific time as another traveller was coming to stay, there was no hesitation and they were happy to organise.   The location - not in the most touristy part of town, but nice safe area (walked back to hotel around 11pm from Metro station). The metro station is a 3 minute walk away from hotel. You can easily walk to Wenceslas Square in around 10 minutes and the Old Town in about 20 minutes. I stayed in a single room, which was a good size and it was clean.... vad folk säger » There was a fridge/mini-bar, but no tea making facilities in the room. The bathroom was immaculate, probably recently refurbished. Breakfast is pret - Close to main station. Interior is pretty & clean. Guy at Reception was friendly, helpful & speak English well. For location, nice clean room with Mini Bar, clean bathroom and FREE wi-fi I think is a bargain. For 35 rooms and fully booked that explains it. Room gets cleaned everyday. There is a lift too. Breakfast is good with selections of Cereals, Eggs, Cakes, Fruits, Juices & Coffee & Tea.

  My room was clean and quiet. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the shower was great. The restaurant is convenient and well-staffed, and the menu is good. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, and the manager is very nice to talk with (he even brought me orange juice!). The Icon Boutique hotel is for me an hotel which I could actually live in. I'm very fussy and we were travelling in a group of 8. All of us could just praise the hotel. We are not the easiest of people to deal with as we can all be demamding, but there was nothing too difficult for the staff there. Theresa especially was fantastic with us.

  Det var tyst. - The hotel is very centrally located to both old and new cities. The staff was extremely friendly especially Lenka. The breakfast was sumptuous. I loved the location. All the sites were easily accessible without a tram. Upon request, they even booked me into a tour to visit Czchesky Krumlov in Bohemia. Could walk from the train station straight up to the hotel- very close to prime center without hearing all the noise. I dropped money that I exchanged in the lobby- and on my return to the hotel- they held it for me and returned it. That alone was very impressive. Staff very knowledgeable and booked everything. Fantastic shower.

  We stayed here three nights, it's luxury and modern hotel in Prague for good price. Excellent location. Breakfast was very nice with great selection. The room is comfortable and luxuriously furnished. Bathroom is large with the ''royal'' bath. The staff is very friendly. Internet is available and free. Excellent value for money, attentive staff and the food is delicious.
