  The hotel is located on the 3rd and 4th floor of an old classical buidling. The hotel staff is extremely friendly. The rooms and the bathrooms are very clean and big enough. Breakfest is in a very nice sunny room, and very sufficient. Wifi connection sufficient. I was very happy to be there because it was cheap and very near to the Metro "Museum"... vad folk säger » , and the Venzel Square. I was in a business trip and city trip. - Most of all I like the staff of Balbin hotel. It is the most hospitable and friendliest of all hotel staffs I have ever seen. The location of the hotel is also great. I think that this hotel is a great value for money. I would definitely stay in this hotel again if I come to Prague.

  I was staying in premier apartment with my family & the room really really great. Clean, new & nicely furnished & bathroom, spacious room. Free WIFI & beer ;-) Andreas was very helpful, my parents really appreciate the help that he did and tell about it to all my families in Indonesia. Mirror in bed room & trash can in bathroom... vad folk säger » would make much better - They were very helpful. We arrived very soon in the morning and they let us leave our luggage in the reception. We also leave very soon in the morning and Andreas was there in case we need any help. The room is big enough for 5 people (we were four). The room is cleaned every day. Very close to Wenceslas square, 3 minutes far from Muzeum tube station.

  The flat was very clean and tidy. The beds are comfortable, and everything seems to be almost new. The position is perfect, just a few steps from Wenceslals Square - the main Prague square. Underground station "Muzeum" for a "red" and a "green" line is 3 min. Walking from the apartment. Directly in front of the house where the apartment is located... vad folk säger » is a grocery store, open 24 hours daily - very comfortable! We spent five wonderful days in this cosy, little appartment. And definitely we will come - The crucial reason for our stay at this apartment was the price / quality ratio and the location. We looked hard for an apartment at such a place for this sum, but we couldn’t find anything. The apartment is comfortable, very clean, the heating is excelent (good for those strong winter nights) and the building looks nice too. Overall we got exactly what we expected for the price.

  I originally found my booking through LetsBookHotel. A young man named Mirco helped me. He was extremely accommodating , very friendly, and helpful as I stayed for 6 weeks.
