  Staff spoke excellent English. Not a speck of dust to be found. All requests were attended to immediately. My wife had special food needs and Martina went out of her way to research the requirements on the computer and surprised her with a few alternatives she could eat.   I got upgraded when I arrived. This is a great hotel. The staff is great and very professional (was called on my name). To go from the fittness to the hotel, there is tunnel.
