  This is a lovely, modern, clean hotel situated very close to a tram and metro station for easy access to Prague centrum. The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The receptionist was extremely helpfull, always friendly and spoke very good english which made our stay much easier.   The staff was friendly and very kind. The hotel was clean, the room spacious and with a wonderful river view. The breakfast was copious, with a great choice in a sweet and savoury buffet.   Room was nice, big and very clean. Room and/or the quests were really quiet. You could hear sounds trough the door (mainly the cleaner) trough the door. Absolutely no sounds came trough the walls, floor or ceiling. The whole staff was polite and helpful. There is metro station right opposite the hotel. 2 out of 3 metrolines stops there. There is also a tram station right in front of the hotel. There - Staff were friendly and helpfull, usefull advice was freely given. Metro station across the road, so getting about was straightforward. Hotel is a 10-15minute walk from the Old town & Wenceslas Square. My partner had a birthday while we stayed and the small gifts left in our room were an unexpected surprise which she really appreciated.

  Excellent hotel in all respects! Very friendly and attentive stuff, special thanks to Ksenia at the reception desk (also speaks Russian) who arranged for us city tour excursion, tram tickets, money change. Quite location, perfect place for a family with kids since close to Luna park, Zoo (free of charge lift and pick up by hotel's car), large room... vad folk säger » , clean and comfortable, WiFi router in your room upon request. Great delicious breakfast. Apart words worth about sauna and spa, was excellent to rel - We though overall the Castle Residence was a great place to stay. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating to us and our young children. We thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant with the child's playroom and the 2 bedroom room we had was with big with plenty of space. The bathrooms were also nice and spacious. The location isn't in the city, but the free shuttle to the tram stop was only 5 min away and with a quick call the shuttle would pick us back up. All in all we would DEFINITELY recomme

  It was a great location for us while visiting Prague. About a 10 minute walk from Charles Bridge and only two minutes from the metro. There are lots of places to eat nearby and a grocery store a block away. There is a great little square with a market during the day to buy pastries and stuff from. Beds were not great but ok. For being in a big... vad folk säger » city, the apartment was pretty quiet at night. It was great to have two separate rooms with lots of space. - The apartment was situated right next to the city centre (also close to Florenc station - many possibilities of public transport). The receptionists were also very nice and helpful ladies. It was clean, nicely furnished apartment which was situated into the courtyard, so it was really silent during the night. I would recommend this accommondation if you want to be free and have a flat rented for a short period in Prague.

  Stor fin våning med öppen spis och stora fina sovrum. Bra läge alldeles intill stort köpcentrum och parkeringshus. Väldigt trevligt bemötande när vi checkade in. Fin gest med en liten gåva både vid ankomst och före avresan. - Personalen som jobbade där var otroligt trevliga och hjälpvänliga!!

  The location was fantastic, very close to the old town square which was beautiful at Christmas. The room was very generous with everything you would need (luxury superior room). We also requested a bath on booking and this wasn't a problem. Breakfast was very varied with a good amount of hot food as well as cereal, yougurt and cold meat. Finally, there was free w - This is a lovely hotel located in a quiet square in the old town within minutes walking distance of all Prague's main attractions. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are excellent and the breakfasts and evening meals very good. I have stayed here twice now and have recommended it to others who have holidayed here as well.
