  The hotel is in the best location in the city right at the hot springs and the colonnades. They have their own massage facility and you get a discount on the famous spa castle. The receptionists were very professional and switched on. Once you ask them about anything, they would promptly get you the best solution.   Very nice and comfortable room, friendly staff - Very friendly hotel, great service. Rooms are antique funished. All staff were very friendly. Large comfortable and clean room. English overall are good. But remember english is their second language so they may need extra explaining.   Location is in a neighborhood close to non-touristy spots which is good! Staff friendly, but couldn't tell if they were upset or happy with us :) Go to "Verana Pub" close by, best in town! - The landlady of the apartment come to pick us up from the bus station which gave us a big surprise.
