VERY good service and quality of food in the restaurant, nice SPA facilities, very friendly and professional staff. Beautiful location of the hotel, straight at the lake with the forest and lake views. Suite views are fantastic, bathroom is sooo spacious and cosy! Balcony and terrace are inviting to enjoy beautiful and colorful sceneries.

The receptionists were very professional and switched on. Once you ask them about anything, they would promptly get you the best solution. The restaurant staff were very nic

This was a fabulous hotel, Excellent location, close to everything. It is exactly as the pictures in the booking site, very very good. Clean, Staff fabulous, lovely young man who spoke excellent english and very very helpful Room was set up with twin beds as requested soft pillows Breakfast Room just gorgeous lovely staff service, great food
