amazing hotel, truly the 5 star experience. The staff is very nice, they do their best to speak english (but they are better in German). VERY good service and quality of food in the restaurant, nice SPA facilities, very friendly and professional staff. Beautiful location of the hotel, straight at the lake with the forest and lake views. Suite views are fantastic, bathroom is sooo spacious and cosy! Balcony and terrace are inviting to enjoy beautiful and colorful sceneries.

The hotel is in the best location in the city right at the hot springs and the colonnades. They have their own massage facility and you get a discount on the famous spa castle. Great location, just a few minute walk to Tourist attractive places,shopping area and restaurant. There are a lot of spaces for group of people especially in living room and kitchen. Parking space is available in front of the apartment building. It is a room that owner own for rent but it is very budget friendly and Owner is very nice guys.
