  Absolutely perfect location, right in the centre in Karlovy Vary. Every single staff member we talked to was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Our car was parked by the staff somewhere nearby, and it was returned with the windscreen cleaned, a nice detail. The room was large, elegant, comfortable and quiet, with good wifi signal and a good sel... vad folk säger » ection of TV channels. Breakfast was served in the atrium and was delicious. We had dinner in the hotel's gourmet restaurant and it was a wonderful ex - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at hotel Promenada. The rooms were very clean, the staff were very friendly and always willing to help, the hotel restaurant had delicious food and great service. This hotel is located right across the street from the main springs buidling, and on the main city street, a few yards walk to many restaurants, shops and other city attractions. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to get the most from their Karlovy Vary experience.

  Apt at 7th floor was very nice, spacious and very very quiet. Beds were very confortable, but we needed extra blankets, We had a lift directly to apt., great balconies. Parking is possible next the building, but limites spaces. It is necessary to buy the ticket from police to access the spa centre 20KCS per day. Apt is located in the centre near ... vad folk säger » colonades with springs. - Great location, just a few minute walk to Tourist attractive places,shopping area and restaurant. There are a lot of spaces for group of people especially in living room and kitchen. Parking space is available in front of the apartment building. It is a room that owner own for rent but it is very budget friendly and Owner is very nice guys.
