  Location is great, right off main road and can easily walk into the town center, no need for car or public transportation. Lovely bike/walking path right next to hotel. Free parking, adequate breakfast. Room was small but comfortable, newly renovated with new furnishings/bathroom. It was a short walk through a park to the old town of Budweis.

  Right across the street from the main railway station and the bus station is right next door, and there is a supermarket and few other shops at the bus station. Their is no traditional reception, you need to get your keys from the small bar downstairs - maybe we were lucky, but there was always someone their so we could get what we need.   We enjoyed very much staying at this motel! The bungalow was clean&spacious, there was plenty of room for parking (we parked right in front of our bungalow), there is greenery around (big park close by and bike route). It's just a short walk (10-15 minutes) to the city center, also at night quite safe even if it's by the forest. Also the break... vad folk säger » fast was very nice, we enjoyed it on the terrace as it was sunny. The staff speaks mostly German but we found someone with good English, and they were - The room was just what we wanted and needed. Nothing more and nothing less. We were very surprised that the bungalows were cleaned on a daily basis and all staff were very friendly and helpful. the breakfast buffet was great and the wifi in the reception and restaurant was appreciated. It is good to use Dlouha Louka as a base to discover Southern Bohemia as there isn't much to do in Ceske Budjovice.

  The apartment was equipped with a kitchen area which had just about everything that you would need - shops for supplies being just minutes away. The shower was great and towels and shower gel and shampoo were provided. There was plenty of space and storage for luggage and clothes etc. There was a TV with satellite and lots of channels if you like ... vad folk säger » that sort of thing. The appartments were in a private area and very secure. Everything looked new and it was very pleasant outside with a garden and t - The is fabulous. Located within the historical square and around 15 walk from the train station and bus station. The owner is a lovely lady who extended her warm hospitality to us. We arrived before the stated check- in time, but were given the room since it was free. Would definitely go back again!
