  Charming location, close to all major sights yet hidden from the traffic noise. We were nicely surprised there was a market with fresh fruits and local products on the square outside the hotel in the morning. I would recommend to all people who love history and are romantic at heart. You will like this place. Our room looked out over the market square but the secondary glazing meant we could not hear a thing. The hotel was converted from a bank a year ago and the comfortable rooms, bathrooms and public areas have been renovated beautifully in Art Deco style.   Wonderful hotel. Great location in the lovely old downtown area of Brno. Hotel staff was very friendly. Rooms (superior doubles) are spacious and lovely.   This is an extremely spacious, beautiful, well kept hotel. We had 2 bedrooms and a living room / kitchen. Everything you need is supplied. This is a great deal for a few days or an extended stay. The staff was fantastic - they helped to guide us in our adventures around the city, and were always friendly and knowledgeable.   Very nice hotel, near the lake. Very friendly personell, though only German and Czech speaking. Very good price for a high quality. Second time here, will keep coming back for sure! - It was marvelous, the staff, internet, food, prices - perfect! Highly recommended!
