  It is in a quiet neighborhood, pretty close to the town center (10 min by tram 5 or 6). Staff was very helpful. We recommend. - Owner is very kind and friendly. He rent me fan, because it was very hot in this summer. It helps me very well.

  We highly recommend this apartment as well as the wonderful couple that own it who go out of their way to ensure everything is perfect for your stay. It is clean, modern, comfortable and well situated with fantastic transport links and a variety of restaurants and supermarkets on your door step. We would not hesitate to stay here again if visiting Brno. - New, modern, stylish, clean, high standard appartment, felt like could move in to live there. Private parking in the carage, from where you take a lift to the floor where the appartment is. Tram stop in front of the house.

Beautiful view, perfect location (very near to the historical centre and tram stop practically in front of the building).   Located just outside Brno close to the lake. Great pool and garden. Low prices for food and drinks. Good service. We couldn't understand why for 3 nights we were the only guests in the hotel.   location - Handily placed for the centre, just a five minute walk into the middle. Also on a tram line connecting to the train station. Hotel was clean, room fine and reception staff spoke reasonable english and were very helpful when i needed to make phone calls. Well priced.
