Absolutely loved this hotel. Didn't know it was a renovated convent. Very close, but extremely quite location. 3 minutes to the castle and about 5 to the St. Charles Bridge. Perfect, newer, quiet, clean and restful. I highly, highly recommend this hotel. I especially LOVED the breakfast area...3rd floor attic with tons of character. Wow! - Ha

The hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful. It is located on a quiet street at the west end of the Charles Bridge with a park on the other end opposite the bridge. Staff welcomed us at 1:20am after late flight and helped us settle in with warm drinks and extra blankets.
We also had a super room for the 4 of us in eaves.
Location was also great, just next to Charles Bridge, but still quiet.

My wife & I were pleasantly surprised at this small boutique hotel. It is located right in the middle of Prague's Old Town and close to Charles Bridge. All major attractions are within an easy walk (even for a pair of middle aged people). There are great restaurants right on the doorstep or again an easy walk to the square. Shopping is great!

The staff made Aurus. The girl on reception while we were there (Marina I think, 10th to 12th May) was absolutely brilliant. She was so helpful and seemed happy to help. It was a pleasure to deal with her. She deserves a big bonus as we'd recommend Aurus based on her welcoming and helpful nature! :) There was a little cleaning lady also who seemed very happy and nice.

Everything! First class service from the moment we got picked up from the airport to when we left. The apartments are gorgeous and they are in an excellent location if you want to see the main sites like Charles Bridge, the Castle n the main square. The apartments are very clean, spacious n they have everything you need (they even provided washing powder) I couldn't believe the standard of the place for the money we paid it was outstanding n the people who work there are lovely. My room was clean and quiet. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the shower was great. The restaurant is convenient and well-staffed, and the menu is good. I'm very fussy and we were travelling in a group of 8. All of us could just praise the hotel. We are not the easiest of people to deal with as we can all be demamding, but there was nothing too difficult for the staff there. Theresa especially was fantastic with us.
