Very friendly staff, lovely room, big clean bathroom. I had to move to the Hotel Dubrovnik the next day because someone else booked my room and I was disappointed. My room in hotel Jaegerhorn was much nicer, there were more pillows on the bed (the other hotel gave me only one which I had to fold in half), nicer bathroom, much friendlier staff, and the breakfast was wonderful. Amazing location; a few minute walk from central train station and city center. This is a beautifully restored old building with a great view of the park; near bars, shopping and transportation (tram). The rooms are huge, high ceilings, grand style, modern and very comfortable. Host is friendly and very helpful. Would strongly recommend for visitors to Zagreb; can't be beat for price. We also were able to park in courtyard which was very convenient!

The hotel is spotlessly clean. Staff is professional and kind. Room was great, beds comfortable, bathroom spacious. Swimming pool and gym at the top of the hotel was great.

The most friendly stuff I've ever met! They helped us in everything (e.g. one of them arranged even the paying for parking via her mobile phone while we were sleeping :) and after that she helped us to find one of the few free parking places around the hostel. We got a free welcome shot (some local honey schnaps) etc. The room is small but perfect

This is a relatively new hotel. ALthough it is is a little out of town it is good if you want to experience life in a more authentic local setting. The restaurant downstairs had a very good menu and great tasting food, we only wanted a small meal having eaten lunch already, and you could order smaller portions of many things on the menu. 10% was offered to hotel guests plus a free dessert! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was great. I could tell that the people who run this hotel really care about the hotel and the guests. It was a perfect and restful night's sleep for a layover in Zagreb.
