If you are going to the city for a short time and don't want to spend much this is good place to stay, since the room hasn't much space but it's comfortable. It's close to the bus station and to the tram stop. There are good options to have breakfast around. The staff speak english and is very helpful.

I loved everything at Studio Kairos 2. The staff is really helpful and friendly and makes you feel at home. The room is very clean and has a comfortable bed. Breakfast is served at the wished time in the morning and prepared exactly according to one's needs. And the location is just perfect, only a few steps from the main square of Zagreb. We picked this hotel because it has parking. We only stayed for a night
but the hotel room and accomodation was great. The staff was helpful in
giving us a map and directions to downtown Zagreb. It will take you a 20
min tram ride to get to the city center. The breakfast the next morning
was great. Overall, it's a value for money and I would recommend it
if you're on a budget and don't want to pay for parking.
