  The staff was wonderful! SO accommodating, helpful and friendly. We had lots of questions about returning our rental car, getting a taxi to the airport, using the local tram, making dinner reservations - they were fantastic. The hotel is brand-new, well-designed, comfortable and conveniently located - close to the heart of the city but also far en... vad folk säger » ough away from the noise so you sleep soundly. My husband and I were sad to leave the hotel - we enjoyed our stay that much! Thank you! - The hotel is spotlessly clean. Staff is professional and kind. Room was great, beds comfortable, bathroom spacious. Swimming pool and gym at the top of the hotel was great. Kids loved Chocolate cookies they got at the reception (more than few times :) and always with smile).

  The room is very comfortable. The position is great, near the opera house and Mimara, near the tram stop (the trams 12 and 17 in few minutes take you to the main square, Trg Jelacic). - flexibility of staff
