  Great location. The hotel offers more than enough free parking and it's only a 10 min walk from the city center (old town) and the sea organ which can't be missed. A beach is with-in 200 yards of the back of the hotel and the rooms are very clean and modern and very efficient a/C. Oh and the beds are a dream to lay on.   Absolutely loved this place. THe hosts were simply amazing. Thoughtful and thorough. It was just so sad we only got to stay here for the one night. On our return to Zadar we will definitely stay here longer and will try to saty at this apartment. A lovely walk into beachside areas that is more popular with locals.   Room extraordinary. Very very clean. TV and wifi to work very well. Parking at the door. The only thing is that is far from the city center, but Marko the owner very friendly, recommended to take a taxi (40 Kn - 6 euros) and called us a cab.   I had never heard of Zadar before seeing the location on Ryanair. The hotel room was of a good size, very clean, very comfortable and we paid an extra £10 per/night for a sea view which was worth it. The restaurant was elevated with excellent views across to the old town. We walked about 50 mins to the town centre past marinas and looking across ... vad folk säger » the water to the old town. On another day we walked for about 2 hours in the opposite direction again numerous small marinas and again past hundreds o - The staff were amazing, answering all our queries, and helping us arrange fun things to do whilst in Zadar; the food was delicious, the best fish platter and best breakfast buffet all holiday, and really great room service, with champagne on arrival to celebrate our wedding anniversary overlooking the old town from our balcony. 9 kuna bus trip into town made this a nice quiet haven to relax after seeing the sites. The hotel held onto our bags whilst we hiked up to ramica dvori, a mountain hut

  The price and location was great. The owners daughter came to drop off the keys right on time and the apartment was very clean and comfortable. It had all the amenities we needed and the location was great. Also there is a motorized train that will take you right into the middle of Zadar and the pick up is right in front of the marina 50 meters... vad folk säger » away and its just a few euros. I would comeback again for sure. - I like the location of this Apartment as it is very near to the Port Marina Borik from where you can plan for ferries to visit and also supermarket is also very close.

  The apartment is nicely decorated, location is good may be Coz we have a car. The staff is just excellent. My friend has let behind a Down jacket so we called their staff Leri about the situation from another city. Within 24 hours we have already received her jacket in our next destinated hotel. We are so grateful of Leri's help and very impress... vad folk säger » ed by her efficiency. Thank you again Leri. - The apartment was well equipped, comfortable and spacious. There is easy, free parking if you are arriving by car (I cannot imagine how you would get here without a car). The studio apartment was quite big, with a proper kitchen. The lady who checked us in was very helpful and gave us directions to town, the grocery store, etc.

  This hotel is very close to several beaches. There is even a sandy beach close by. It is 30 - 45 minutes on foot and 5 - 7 minutes by bus. The breakfast was OK. - The service from Paula in the reception. and the restaurant.

  Beautiful apartment, fitted out to a very high standard and with a very large balcony. Pebble beach with very clear sea is at the end of the driveway.
