  The owner Marko and his family are incredibly hospitable and helpful. I stayed at the apartment for a whole month while on a Croatian language course and had quite a few needs but I never had to ask for anything twice. I felt very much at home in the apartment. There's a very good pizzeria and a nice bar around the corner, a supermarket open till 22.00 and Diklo beach less than 5 mins by car. The - The hosts Vinko (mr Kardum) and mrs Kardum were very warm and friendly. Even though they spoke little English they were very warm in making us feel welcome and telling us about themselves. Their service was excellent, we left some things at the apartment and they went out of their way to arrange the return of the things to us at our final destination before we departed Croatia. The apartment was newly renovated and was clean & comfortable with carpark. We really appreciate their assistance

  Absolutely loved this place. THe hosts were simply amazing. Thoughtful and thorough. It was just so sad we only got to stay here for the one night. On our return to Zadar we will definitely stay here longer and will try to saty at this apartment. A lovely walk into beachside areas that is more popular with locals.   Everything! The hotel is immaculate, with huge bedrooms and bathrooms with attention to detail at every chance. Its very sytlish and modern but in keeping with the look and feel of the City. Breakfast was excellent and more fullsome than other places we stayed in Croatia, plus the kind waitress put us together a punnet of lovely fresh fruit to take on our way! Would definitely recommend.

  Beautiful apartment, fitted out to a very high standard and with a very large balcony. Pebble beach with very clear sea is at the end of the driveway.
