Location is excellent/staff fantastic/parking a mild nuisance which Nicksi will sort for/with you.Do take his recommendation for a small family fish restaurant
Very convenient for the city surrounds. Staff very friendly and helpful. Even though breakfast not included in our daily room rate, staff brought us coffee, croissants and juice every morning.

Priuli Luxury staff is very friendly and helpful. We arrived in Split not knowing how to park in the city center. The hotel staff helped us find a parking to avoid getting ticketed or towed. The hotel is situated conveniently in 5 minute walk from the Diocletian's palace. We were recommended by the hotel staff to eat at one of the best local seafood restaurants and it was excellent.
The walls are kind of thin so you may hear some noises from our neighbors but in general everyone stayed fairly quiet. I got a deal on letsbookhotel.com for the hotel for 89euro per night that is normally 119euros. It's fairly expensive IMO.

Very friendly, polite and professional staff. We were surprised to be given breakfast - even though it is specified as breakfast no included. I can't recommend this place enough. It was even better than other accommodation we stayed in within the square which was way more expensive.

Well placed, modern, clean apartments, with the most comfortable beds! We had a lovely time at the Priuli Apartments. Providing a continental breakfast was a lovely and very welcome touch. The staff were very helpful, providing lots of recommendations for places to eat and things to see while in Split.

The rooms are a bit small (but very functional)
For starters, they actually took the initiative to email us before we got there, to see if we needed any transportation from the airport to Priuli. For 35E, there was someone waiting for us as soon as we stepped out of customs at the airport. We arrived to Priuli at around 6:30pm, and were welcomed by someone at the front. She carefully took her time to give us a map, show us how to get around, and recommended a restaurant/bar called Figa, which we loved and went to on a few occasions. Every morning they prepare a small breakfast in bed for you which is comprised of coffee, orange juice, fruit, croissants, and these little Croatian cookies (forget what they were called) which my boyfriend absolutely loved. The rooms were very clean and modern. The bed was comfortable, and the TV had a range of channels with different languages such as English, Spanish, french, and Italian. The location was extremely close to the palace, and the main shopping street that leads down to the promenade (which is beautiful!). Everything you will need is within a 10 minute walk (15min. for the sand beach). And just to add how great their customer service is, here is a little story. When we checked out, my boyfriend told the lady that he loved the Croatian cookies. An hour later, we were on the Catamaran on our way to Hvar island. Right before we departed, we saw that lady coming on to the boat. We immediately thought that we had forgotten something, but when she found us she just wanted to give us a bag of the Cookies that my boyfriend loved from one of the local fresh bakeries. We were amazed!
The room was a little small, especially the bathroom. Other than that, it was a great stay and we would fully recommend it to anyone!

A great small block of rooms. I was picked up from the port promptly and settled at the room by very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are modern and the cleanest of any hotel I have seen. Location is terrific, a very quick walk to the town centre.
There was nothing I didn't like about the hotel.
We had an excellent experience staying here. We received an e mail before our arrival and this very kind couple collected us from the bus station and were most welcoming. The location was superb and we could not find any fault with staying here
Staff were great..location was very good...fairly easy to find from bus station or ferry....communication from the staff prior to getting there was a great help.....nice clean room...we enjoyed out stay...would recommend for sure

Shower head mount is only 4ft up, so you must shower one handed, and hold the spray with the other. Not the end of the world, but I prefer to stand under my shower head.

I had a very nice stay at Priuli luxury rooms. It's in a great location. Very close to the old town area. The couple who run this place are very nice and hospitable. The rooms are nicely furnished.

There´s no front desk, so if you arrive late, no one will receive you and you won´t be able to enter in your room.

Neat and clean
The location, so central. The confort room is very nice with sofa. Clean and simple. No view from room but very pleasant atmosphere, felt at home. Stayed for 3 nights. They have tea kettle in room it was the only place in Croatia that had it and I stayed in 3 other places whilst in Croatia. It is so close that you can come for a nap in the afternoon if the weather is not fabulous. Has all the facilities in the room of an good hotel,slepeers,bath robe. I was given a Map and information on the city, 5 star service.
In one of the mornings I was out of hot water while taking a shower. But it just happened once I believe because all 5 rooms were having showers at the same time. No payment by card.

Staff not on site after 4pm. We never same the same staff member more than once. There was a phone extension to call if you needed to get hold of someone; we rang it more than once as we were leaving and it wasn't answered It was humid in split when we visited (July) and the air conditioning in our room (3) took at least an hour to kick in (you could control the temperature but not the speed of the a/c)
New, clean rooms in a good location
Very expensive and small. Walls are very thin so everything in the reception area can be heard in the room. The most expensive hotel room. Priced like the Hilton without the facilities!
