The staff on reception and dining room where very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to be accommodating. We have been there before and were not disappointed with the second visit. Room had a nice balcony with sea views. -
We arrived a bit early and got a room immediately - feels good after some hours spent on the road..

This is the second time in this hotel... Great location if you are interested in cultural tours and in Rab city... I would not recommend it for families with kids, they should choose a place on the seaside... But for us it was the right place.. Will come again definetely... Breakfasts are always great... Trevlig personal, bra rum, god mat, hyffsat läge. Punat har ett jättebra läge på ön. - Vi hade halvpension och var váldigt nőjda med maten. Frukosten var helt fantastisk och maten varje kváll var alltid en őverraskning.

We had one of the apartments and it was huge! There were decks to sit out on to take in the view. Very comfortable beds, large bathroom, everything very clean and nicely decorated.Breakfast selections were amazing - almost anything you could want! Wonderful unique hotel which made us feel totally at home. We changed hotel after we spent two nights in an awful resort and were lucky enough to get a room in the Grand Hotel. Staff were really helpful and friendly, the food was lovely and our room with a balcony felt like a small apartment rather than a room. Thanks for a fabulous stay, we're looking forward to coming back!

The room was really clean and comfortable and right by the beach. This is a family run business and they are doing a nice job. The Villa seemed to be brand new and was in great shape.

Very nice hosts, we loved them!! We were a group of young people on a party trip and it was perfect! It was okay to come home anytime or to use the balcony for pre-partying! The pool was great, even though we didnt manage to get in it too much. The room was comfy and we had a great balcony. Loved how close it was to the town. Was expensive but I guess you have to expect that for summer in Croatia!

Villa Palme is a beautiful apartment hotel with a fantastic view over the sea. Erika, the owner, is so nice and helpful and welcome you in a warm atmosphere. Close to everything, by walking. Be ready to walk ups and down since Opatia is buit in hills. But it is good to move after a good dinner and some drinks. Taxi is very cheep. -

Hotels is great, room was clean, well organized and had a small balcony, with good parking area which is dedicated to hotel gests.
Fitness area is good too with a nice gym which is well equipped and has a well trained trainer; opening hours are not the best because it’s opened from 8 till 11 and than from 19:00 till 21:00.

The hotel was very clean, the bathroom was refurbished and very nice.
Dinner and breakfast were quite good, 2 types of soup and different main
dishes, it is self service.
All in all, being the cheapest hotel on the island it definately is worth the money and doesn't have any serious disadvantages.
We were there with the motorcycle, the parking is very safe, you can even park under some stairs directly in front of the main entrance, which was very nice.
