  Mycket fin lägenhet med stora ytor. Fina balkonger med vacker utsikt. Extremt trevliga värdar. Tillgång till trädgård med bla. gunga till barnen och grillmöjliget. Närhet till stranden. Tyst. Vi fick allt vi önskade och lite mer därtill! - The location is very convenient. If you don't mind a little walk, you can even get to downtown Opatija. There is a grocery store down the street. The view from the apartment is absolutely gorgeous. Waking up at Villa Luppo is a real treat. The apartment is spacious and very clean and you can tell that Katja and Ivo take pride in their work. They are so n - We stayed at Villa Luppo for a couple of days in August 2013. I can only wish we had more time! Our family had a terrific time. Katia and Ivo are great hosts! Welcoming, very attentive to our needs, always ready to help. We arrived late, it was already dark, they met us nearby and directed us to the apartment.   The staff was lovely. Very helpful and friendly. Food at the restaurant was very good and the waiter recommended an excellent local wine I enjoyed very much. Breakfast was great. There's a really nice walk all along the shore so you can stroll into town without going near any roads.   Top score for the Frajona Apartments. The staff was extremly kind and friendly, the apartments are new, rated as 4 stars, but would comply with 5 stars as well. Quality materials used all over the place, everything is extremly clean. Towels, kitchen towels, detergents, TP, soap is provided. Since they are also a winery you have a chilled bottle of wine ans champagne waiting - Large apartment, really nice modern design. Own (small) terrace with see view. Free parking. Quick free wifi. Really close to the beach (2 minutes walk) and the main harbor (5 min) with many great local restaurants and bars. We liked and appreciated really much the gift champagne and wines, it was really a nice surprise, and a great start of our vacation to drink the nice wine on the balcony - it's very rare that you get such gifts in other hotels/apartments.

  Our room (Deluxe double with sea view) was very spacious, brand new and immaculately clean. Calling it a sea view is a stretch but we were very comfortable and the staff were friendly. We would stay here again.

  We had one of the apartments and it was huge! There were decks to sit out on to take in the view. Very comfortable beds, large bathroom, everything very clean and nicely decorated.Breakfast selections were amazing - almost anything you could want! So close to beach: across the street and down some steps. Nice quiet relaxing stop on our trip. We changed hotel after we spent two nights in an awful resort and were lucky enough to get a room in the Grand Hotel. Staff were really helpful and friendly, the food was lovely and our room with a balcony felt like a small apartment rather than a room. Thanks for a fabulous stay, we're looking forward to coming back!

  This place was a charming, modern, clean family run hotel. They had a great restaurant with locally grown and home grown food, oils and wines which they served with great service and friendliness.   Ett mail till personalen en vecka innan avfärd så var även transfern fixad. Kanon Läget kunde inte bli bättre 50-60m till strand. - The apartment was better than expected, has three balconys and really short distance of the see and shops. In the basement there was a nice collection of see fish, crabs in 200 sqm.
