The apartments at Villa Ana are beautifully appointed, spacious, modern
and comfortable. The location is great, being close to the centre of
things but just far enough away for it to be quiet and quite private.
This was our second visit to Cavtat in two years and we had no
hesitation about staying at Villa Ana for a second time; we even
upgraded and got a top-floor Superior apartment - the views are stunning
and the balcony is bathed in sunshine all day. Cavtat is a beautiful

Duska and her husband were very helpful both prior to our trip and also during our trip advising of items inside the apartment and asking if we required anything during our stay. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with all mod cons including very good wifi.
The location was amazing, just off the Stradun and no steps to the front door! The apartment was on the 1st floor. It has recently been fitted with triple glazed windows which keeps the apartment silent at night.

Spacious, high ceilinged and well furnished rooms which are clean and comfortable with an excellent host make House Boninovo the ideal base for a Dubrovnik city break. Located just a short walk from the old town (although the bus stop is right outside if you're feeling a bit lazy!), you can take in the beautiful Dalmatian coastline as you have breakfast on the Guesthouse's balcony each morning. Fadila, the owner, is extremely hospitable and arranged a transfer from the airport when we arrived.

The room and bathroom was very nice, clean and comfortable. The location was perfect and there is a nice view of the old city and Adriatic Sea. The owners were wonderful, friendly and accommodating. They shared their homemade rakija with us as we chatted in their beautiful courtyard(thank you very much). They offered great suggestions for sightseeing. Our stay was wonderful and we will definitely book Lavanda rooms again.

Loved the location. Very central. Loved the old town but the new part was great too. Enjoyed the trip to Lokrum. Gils is the place to eat but you will need to book as it fills quickly. Went to a recital in the Rectors Palace which was fantastic.

Our host, Darko, proved to be an amazing host assisting us in any way possible particularly with our luggage to and from our car. We were prepared for the many stairs which added to the ambience of being located in the old town. The interior of the guesthouse has been renovated beautifully and our room was very comfortable. The apartment was beautiful. We had a nice room and the host gave us a bottle of wine and a welcoming drink. She was great and set up a taxi for us to get to the airport really early in the morning. The view from the apartment is amazing. You can see the whole city and the ocean. You have a shared kitchen and terrace with the guests of 3 other rooms, but that didn't both us at all. The way down to the beach is pretty far. It doesn't take too long, but you have to walk down about 430 steps. Only

The apartment was perfectly central in the city, very easy to get to on arrival & extremely spacious, so no tripping over the suitcase during our stay! It was great to have somewhere we were never more than a 15 minute walk away from (within the city walls), for any well needed breaks from the blazing sun. I would definitely stay there again on a return to trip to Dubrovnik.

Answers any questions you may have and offers a very comfortable place to rest and relax after walking around all day. Highly recommend these apts to anyone visiting Dubrovnik. Nice & clean apartment right in the heart of Dubrovnik. Huge benefit is that it was just meters from the main street, no need to climb the huge street stairs on either side of town.

If you are looking for a cozy home atmosphere, Rooms Matea is exactly for you. Our apartment was always clean. Towels and bedlinen were regularly changed. It took us about 10 min to go to the Old city and 15 min to the port Gruz. There are a lot of big supermarkets and good restaurants in about 10 min distance from the hotel. -
