  We asked for a double room when we booked but got a twin instead, the manager changed our room within 5 minutes. Breaky was great too. Location was amazing too. Would recommend this place to anyone.   Well-located within the Old Town of Hvar with great harbour-front views; Suite 522 was spacious (must have been at least 40 sq m), well-designed in contemporary style and colours and had a 2-person jacuzzi in the bathroom which our four-and-half year old loved! Breakfast was sumptuous and they did great things with eggs.   As noted already, everything was excellent... But An extra congratulations goes to the hotel. I had left some documentation in my room, and the hotel was kind enough to deliver it to me, with one of the staff members as I had already left the island. We thou roughly enjoyed our stay...   Great in all senses. New, clean, fancy, helpful, kindest staff, top notch design, funniest swimming pool, great location, with best views and just a short walk from wonderful Hvar Town Square - Wow. What a hotel!!!!! Location, staff, facilities, oh the views! Amfora is a must.

Not only did the staff pack us a breakfast to eat on the ferry, but they also packed us a huge lunch! Unbelievably generous in a day and age where so many places nickel and dime their guests.
