furniture. Futuristic bathroom equipment and includes a hairdryer.
Excellent breakfast for €6 in a nearby hotel managed by the owner of the
villa. A great place to stay in your vacation - I did not check the

The owner was very helpful, friendly, accommodating and nice. He made sure our stay was good and he sent us to the airport at a fairly decent price. The accommodation was very near to the beach, making it very convenient as a place to stay on our last night in Croatia. Facilities provided were a good value for money - we had a terrace, kitchen and decent ensuite bathroom at a good price.

Ett fantastiskt fint boende till ett mycket bra pris. Boendet var modernt fräscht och med stora ytor. En stor trevlig balkong med utsikt mot havet. Det fanns en fin och ren pool i trädgården som vi fick använda hur mycket vi ville. Stranden är fin men det är en del sten där, så ha gärna med badskor. Väldigt nöjd med att ägarna var så tillgängliga och hjälpsamma redan
innan ankomst och gav oss svar på frågorna om byn, staden, vidare resmål
samt hjälpte oss t ex. Med hämtning och bokning av Taxi när vi skulle
vidare. Fräscht och rent boende och har all nödvändig utrustning utan
några extra kostnader. Fantastisk liten gård med ren och uppvärmd pool.
Tillgång till stor vedugns grill med alla tillbehör. Vi återkommer nästa
år, rekommenderar det varmt till alla som vill känna sig som hemma.

we stayed at the studio apartment (3rd floor) this little tiny place is designed to impress, its right in the center of Zadar old town right below the crowd, you'd think it would be noisy but double glazing helps shut all the noise out when the windows are closed.

Apartment was super super nice and clean. There was everything needed.
Teenagers loved that modern bunk bed! Location simply couldn't be
any better. City was beautiful, vivid, historical and friendly. Food and
ice cream - good! We are defenately coming back and won't think any
other accomondation. Karlos was very helpful and made everything easy.
With his tips and advice we managed to get best out of our stay, wich
was way too short!

Your are right in the middle of the city and did not have to walk far to find a great restaurant. Air conditioned and could not hear anything going on outside; it was peace and quiet when we went to sleep and when we woke up. Most of the people there are super friendly and kind. the host is very helpful and with any questions you had she was more than happy to answer. This place is really worth the money spent.

The hosts Vinko (mr Kardum) and mrs Kardum were very warm and friendly.
Even though they spoke little English they were very warm in making us
feel welcome and telling us about themselves. Their service was
excellent, we left some things at the apartment and they went out of
their way to arrange the return of the things to us at our final
destination before we departed Croatia. The apartment was newly
renovated and was clean & comfortable with carpark. We really
appreciate their assistance

I really liked the interior of the studio we lived in. We had our own balcony, kitchen, bathroom, double bed. It was amazing experience, because the staff was always friendly, always asking if we needed anything. Its a perfect place for people who wants to get a cheap, but high class accommodation in Zadar. Even if Villa is not in the center, its only 40 minutes walk to the Old part of the town, and 10 mins to sea. Its a perfect place for people, who likes active or passive holidays. I especial

Absolutely loved this place. THe hosts were simply amazing. Thoughtful and thorough. It was just so sad we only got to stay here for the one night. On our return to Zadar we will definitely stay here longer and will try to saty at this apartment.

Owner Jelena and his husband were excellent. Well maintained facility. Full kitchen. Room with air conditioning. Laundry machine in bathroom. Sattellite tv. Nice sunny. Laundry is well dried.
