The staff at the hotel were absolutely amazing, attentive, knowledgable and friendly. The location of the hotel was great, close to metro and restaurant.
The bed was hard and the bathrooms very tiny.
Good location. The Hotel is 12 months old. Every thing is new. Comparable hotels in Medellin cost at least 50% more. As far as the service is concerned...I could not ask for more: Excellent!
The entire staff was very friendly and made my stay more enjoyable.
They did not have a pool at the hotel.
