Staff was very friendly and helpful... we stayed there few night and found it easy to go anywhere, using taxi for 10 to 15 RMB. As a foreigner who don't eat Chinese food they had a reasonable breakfast compare to other hotels I have been.
couple of times people smoked in the dining room even though they are not allowed to smoke, and staff say nothing.

a bit old hotel located on the main street cross-roads, that is why very noisy day and night, sometimes bad smell from the bathroom
Good value for money
this hotel is one of the best Hotels in China, every time you turn around and look for something, its there. It very clean, loads of real character, staff are attentive and well trained, friendly.
I spend more then 90 nights per year in various locations in China and there is nothing to dislike about this hotel, wish there was more like it, I want to meet the owners and give then a big kiss

Well situated in the downtown of Wenhzou but really too noisy area. The room was not enough isolated from the noise coming from outside.

I have never seen before a 5 stars hotel with so small rooms. For 2 persons is impossible to stay there. 3 stars for the hotel are more than enough. Also the breakfast has nothing to do with a 5 star Hotel. The management should visit for 1 night Shangri-La Hotel. Than they will know what’s a 5 star hotel. I will advise against everybody to book that hotel.
I have found holes in the bed!! We took pictures just incledible. Opt for no smoking rooms, after we have changed in the first 2 hours FOUR ROOMS, also they were all very LITTLE.. we get used to.. Breakfast is very limited for international travelers. Staff speak poor english Sometimes we have founded HAIRS in the bed and toilet. ALmost of the times were very uncorfotable SMELL around the room comming from the A/C (as kichen smells)
