  From the moment we arrived at check in to our departure we received excellent attention from all the staff we met. They were all so professional but in a very relaxed friendly manner. The facilities were amazing. We have stayed in many 5 star hotels and we would rate the St Regis hotel as the best hotel we have ever stayed in.   Amazing hotel - They put me on a smoking-friendly floor by mistake and when I asked to switch me to a non-smoking they gave me a much larger and comfortable room. It is very close to a mall so you have access to a variety of restaurants and stores. It is also very close to the subway - The room was spacious, nice and clean. Beds were great!
