I had a great time staying in Shenzhen, and met some amazing people in the hostel. As for the C&ECY hostel, it is for people who travel on a budget and look for a place with a friendly atmosphere. As soon as I walked in I got a homely feeling, the reception was very friendly, and people staying at the hostel extremely polite, respectful, quiet, and a fabulous company in general. Location.
Staff was nice - but without any good advice what to see and do in the city. Room is new, but very small.
Bathroom, small hostel.
Toilet was very, very,very dirty! Not sure did they ever clean it! Bad is very hard for sleeping and double room is small - no locker inside, no place for anything - not even a chair. And it is impossible to find a place. And when you find it - there is nothing to do or see around...
