  I loved the size of the room. 52sq. Meters. The bed was huge, which was great for us as the whole family fitted in. Sherpa's deliver there. A big plus for us as we can't go out with the children to eat in the evening. Their own restaurant was being renovated so breakfast was served in the adjoining cafe. The staff spoke great English and were always polite and - A truely different place.My room was spacious and clean. The service without a fault, the internet reliable and fast. The location can't be any better - everything walking distance or short inexpensive taxi ride. Lot's of old Shanghai nearby to explore by walking. I will be back !!

  Location of the One Apartment only minutes walk from all main shopping. Easy walk to Metro station on Nanjing Rd (W). Overall standard very high of the apartment we were assigned, flexibility of the small kitchen gave us everything we were looking for.   Had a wonderful stay at the Ascott Shanghai. The location is perfect, easy access to lots of the shopping spots and subway station is just a few mins walk. The staff is really helpful and sincere.   I stayed at the apartments twice, the location was great, as I got the metro from the airport it is literally only 5 mins walk from the metro station to the apartments. I initially went for this accommodation as its not right in the centre, its still very central with great transport links and its on the same line as the airport, which made it ver... vad folk säger » y easy to commute. It was only a few stops from the Bund and all the sights around shanghai. The apts where clean, in really good order, beds where co - The staff was very friendly. The room has all the confort. Nice bed, TV, internet (very slow at night), they wash your clothes for free! The neighborhood is also very nice good restaurants around, conveniently located near the subway.

  I would most definitely recommend these apartments. They are in a fantastic location, are clean and very comfortable. The staff was helpful and most spoke some english. The apartments were a little deceiving before we arrived and we definitely got much more than what we were expecting. We rented a one bedroom suite for 3 people and were expecting ... vad folk säger » a living area with sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. In reality, you are getting an apartment with two full bathrooms, a full kitchen with dish - Excellent on all counts. Staff, rooms, gym, comfort, location...everything is perfect. The ladies at the front desk are really nice. I was pleasantly surprised to find that my room was larger than advertised. The view of the city was wonderful. I felt safe and protected in the building, never seen so many cameras in any building before. The internet was really fast and reliable the entire time I was there. I will definitely come back there again when I am in Shanghai. 10/10
