Excellent Location just off Nanjing East walking Street and easy 3 min to entrance to Metro (Peoples Square). Room is nothing flash but more than adequate for the price. was facing the street so a bit of street noise but you should expect that at this level of accommodation. Good breakfast selection. Plenty of restaurants in the area. -

The location is fantastic (I lived in shanghai before and it is for me

underground bars) And it is very central. The staff was very nice apart
from the reception desk (blasé) but it can become a game to try to make
them smile... They would need to relax a bit and be more friendly.

Nice location in the middle of French Concession. A lot of restaurants
and spas are in the walking distance. Quiet place. Double room is ok

this is an excellent hotel, with great service. check-in was easy. the rooms have just enouth luxury to make you feel you're in a high-class hotel, it had a nice view of city. and the rates are very affordable. breakfast was nice, it had both western and chinese food. the location is very good because it is within a walking distance from the bund river. i would definitely stay at the riverview hotel again.

The room was large and luxuriously furnished. Spacious bathroom which was well stocked with all the essential toiletries and restocked daily. Very comfortable bed. Well located within 15 mts walking distance to Nanjing pedestian mall. Also many reasonably priced cafes and restaurants nearby (turn left as you come out of hotel), banks nearby (Citibank next door). Room standard was very good - It was such good value to stay here, convenient location, a lot of shopping places around etc. The room itself was good, though we had problem with airconditioner, that was fixed immediately by hotel, just a bit pity that kitchen equiped with not enough tablewares, that was uncomfortable to use it.
