Didn't know about our Booking .com reservation on arrival so we took a more expensive room; but worth the money - a really comfortable luxury hotel. Staff we're extremely friendly and helpful. Great breakfast and top floor happy hour viewing area. -

Loved everything about the Pudong Shanghai La. Simply of world-class

Very friendly staff. Some even remembered me from a previous visit. That is nice.
On my last night the hotel was fully booked but the service levels remained the same.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The Concierge, Nicholas knows everything. He provided excellent recommendations for dining, made the reservations and provided directions. There are great dining options close to the hotel. The complimentary tea and coffee and cookies in the lounge 24 hours was a god -send after a day out in the Shanghai heat. helpful and accommodating. The decor of the hotel was ecelectic and
inviting, a real fusion of Asian and Modern. The bed were comfortable
and the room was lovely and spacious. The gym was well set out and
looked out over the river. It was so inspiring to look at Pudong all lit
