  Everything, the hotel has excellent facilities. Great for wheelchair access all around and great accessible bedroom with great shower. Very safe. Managers / leaders spoke great English and knew western service requirements. I would recommend staying here but expect a great hotel, western brand but be prepared to tolerate difficult communication... vad folk säger » s.   I stayed from 22nd to 26th August 2013 and was very impressed with the staff but in particular the Executive Lounge. I stay in many hotels in Asia, and in China, and can say that this is one of the best Lounges I've experienced. The team were very attentive but not overbearing and can see that the Manager, I believe is Jessica Lim (?), manages a v... vad folk säger » ery good team. - The facilities are great, some of the best in Ningbo. It is just a short taxi to the local pub district. Overall its very impressive.

  The hotel is in very good condition and it is clearly build as a business/spa hotel. The staff doesn't speak English at all, besides one guy called mr. Wong. who speaks excellent English and is very helpful.

  I stayed only one night because due to government conference the prices had changed A lot. but it was marvelus. - - it is one of the best hotels which I have been. Unfortunately I stayed there only 1 night. Everything was perfect.
