  the hotel is probably not the most modern one in Ningbo, but for the quality of the service is most probably one of the best one in the city. the price value, the quality of the service and globaly all the team is very high value. - Very nice service started at the reception already with coffee and snack.   Wonderful location -- right on the lake -- and the hotel grounds are really well landscaped. Food is excellent and the staff very attentive and friendly. I especially liked the gym. - Perfect location of the hotel and very friendly staff. Good italian restaurant and good breakfast (which was a bit expensive though for China).

  the receptionist is very nice and make us a quick checkin. room is very clean and big enough to relax. furnitures are modern. The location is quite wonderful with convenient traffic connections. Just down town. It is definitely a satisfactory experience. Price is also a surprise. - Room wss very claen, quiet, comfortable and nice and warm.

  nice and cosy room (earthly wood design just like resort style) with separate seating area, chinese tea set and 3 types of chinese local (good quality) tea leaves provided with natural water from famous spring (tea leaves and spring water free of charge), free welcome cocktail at bar, free hand treatment, good accessibility as there's a bus stop j... vad folk säger » ust right outside the hotel, cosy library with free coffee and cookies, overall a very relaxing stay in this cosy boutique hotel, will definitely stay - The rooms are spacious, very clean and extremely well finished and decorated. This extended into every detail through the whole hotel, from lobby to hallways and rooms to a level you don't see very often in China, specially not in this price class. Bed was of superb quality. Break fast was nice with a good choice between Chinese and Western food. Also the food from room service was affordable and very tasty. Best thing was the spa, never had such a good massage anywhere in China.

  Nothing bad to say about this hotel. Staff are excellent, as is the Hotel. Its good value for such a high grade hotel and does cater for all types of traveler, with good English spoken by a lot of the staff, plus there are usually some French staff around, if that's your first language. The airports is not far, plus the staff will pick up tickets ... vad folk säger » for the rail station. Buffet food caters for more or less every taste and is generally top quality, also not dear, by western standards at least. - The service was outstanding. All staff made me feel very welcome and were really attentive to my needs. Having free wifi throughout the dining and lounging areas of the hotel was really useful. Food was very good, the 50% offer on the evening buffet was an outstanding offer, and the bbq was delicious!

  Breakfast room at top floor - Staff were very friendly and helpful, but shy about talking with a westerner - I was the only one staying there! Location is great. Decor is excellent. Single room was really big with a double bed. Non-smoking bedroom really was non-smoking(no lingering smell) - a rarity in China.

  Good location, there is Wushan night market just right at the bottom of the apartment. There are bus stops just one street away which is easily access to many tourist spots (Pls take note that most of the tourist spots in Hangzhou is not accessible via metro but bus). Mean time, it's a service apartment equip with washing machine and dryer in ever... vad folk säger » y room (free), it's a bonus for traveller as we can save the spaces in the luggage. Please do not expect a 5-star hotel but I would say it's value for - - Location : 5 min walks to Airport Transfer Bus (rmb 20 / person), just in front of a street that will transform to a famous night market (from 18 to 23pm) and antique market on friday to sunday (09am to 16pm), near some small food resto like noodle etc also Subway burger, 10 min walks to famous Halal Food Resto - Room : spacious size as describe on the web, each room has microwave and washing machine, good quality bedding and high pressure water for shower.
