  trevlig personal som var hjälpsamma! Man behöver ju få allt översatt till kinesiska för att ta sig runt i taxi. Bra Spa Bra läge - Centralt läge och att de flesta taxichaufförere verkade veta var det lågockså, trevlig personal som verkligen ville hjälpa till - dock med endel språkförbistringar men alltid glada, trevlig rumspersonal

  The location is excellent, close to Forbidden City .Tiananmen Square and short walk go to a beautiful Jingshan park. Close to the Beihai Park and bar street. Not a big hotel but practically characteristic, fresh supply of towels and beddings everyday. For the price of the hotel I think this is a value. Helpful staff - we arrived at 8 in the morning and still got a room immediately (it was cleaned quickly for us to move in). I also liked the hotel design with the open courtyard. The rooms were bright and the use of glass made the hotel seem very open and friendly.

  The staff were incredibly polite and the service was impeccable. They were also very helpful in providing us with "local knowledge" of where to go have fun, have good food etc etc. The room itself was huge. Impeccably clean, service was always prompt especially when we ran into trouble with the washing machine. Amenities that one needs away from... vad folk säger » home were all there. Gym, Pool & Jaccuzzi were also great. - Very spacious apartment, good for a family with children. Nice to have kitchen and washing machine and warm toilet seats :).
