  The staff is exceptional -- all spoke English, even the maid. All wentout of their way to be friendly and helpful and gracious. We added on ahalf day, since our flight didn't leave til evening, and the maid camein and made up the room with fresh towels and everything while we wereat lunch.   As the category of rooms we booked were full, we were upgraded to a better category and as a result, probably we were better served and standard of rooms were better.   The front desk supervisor who she's doing an exhibition guide and evening front desk staff was an excellent attitude, courtasy, product knowledge and english communication. during my arrival at night there was no restaurant open some where around the front desk staff escorted me to a fast food restaurant to have a meal. it's an extra miles and pos... vad folk säger » itive staff behaviors - the reservation personel were very nice and did have one or two that understood English. the room was more than I expected it to be and for the price was also very good. not to far from the central part of town or train station. if I had another trip in time I would stay again.

  Great location. Easy to access Hong-Kong and shopping centers.I stayed in several hotels around Guomao station and I must admit Kaili is the best one for the price. This is the second time I have been to Shenzhen and I had no hesitation in choosing the hotel again for my visit

  Location is great - just few minutes from Pazhou exhibition center and metro station. This time we've found small cafeteria at -1 floor so you can have breakfast there. Wi-fi speed is good enought. - very close to exhibition center good facilities and cheap snacks in room selection. There is a mini mart in the lower levels oppersite.

  I loved everything about Shangri-La; although abit on the expensive side but worth it. The hotel is the grandest I have ever visited, the service is excellent and has lived up to its 5-star status.   Booked in for a for a standard room and because my birthday was the following week, I was upgraded with a suite, and given wine and chocolate. Wonderful gesture, but as I had a 1am flight, wasn't able to take full advantage of staying the night. The room was always cleaned to perfection and the minibar was complimentary and the breakfast bufe seduced us back every single morning. We truly reccomend this hotel.
