I stay once a year there, when on Business in Beijing. The staff is very helpful and is happy to take care of many issues, which would cost you a lot of time doing yourself, such as printing business cards etc. The rooms are great, with all facilities you want, nice coffee, great music system, free mini-bar.   I love the design and style of the Crowne Plaza. Very comfortable beds, pillows and bed linen. The staff are excellent right across the board and all speak English. They are so helpful.   The bed was really comfortable, and shower has perfect water pressure. I stayed in so-called "Lady room" and it smelled nice fragrance. - Good service staff at Front desk, spacious cosy room, keycard access to hotel rooms for security measure, free wifi though a bit slow

  The room was very comfortable; we very much enjoyed the luxury after a long backpacking trip. The spa (swimming pool, sauna) is included in the room rate and there is no additional charge. The spa facilities are well maintained and we made ample use of them. WiFi is fast and free. Staff is very friendly and helpful. - 2nd time to stay at this hot... vad folk säger » el this year.
