  During our stay my wife needed medical attention. We spoke to anne wang and we cannot praise her highly enough as far as the attention she gave us. We were also assisted by eric lee, who took my wife to the hospital and did all he possibly could to help us. Both of these people need recognition for the exceptional way they deal with the guests. We... vad folk säger » stayed at a number of hotels during this trip but the jingling hotel stands out in our memory as one of the best hotels we stayed at due to these two - Everything was great from the moment we stepped in. All the staff was more than helpful, especially Mr. Derek Xu at the front desk, upgrading our room and allowing our same rate for a couple extra nights stay. The entire hotel including our room was spotless. And even the included breakfast (vast selection) was quite delish. 10/10!

  Location of hotel is pretty good. Confucius Temple area is 10 minutes by walk. Zhong Hua Men is 15 minutes walk. Huge shopping mall Aqua City is 5 minute walk. Metro station is 10 minutes walk. To choose that hotel is excellent value for money. Hotel seemed to be renovated recently. Good location. 8 min walk to metro station and 15 min walk the most famous bazzar, Confucius Temple. The room is clean and staff are helpful, good command of English.

  Location is excellent, near to metro station, and most places of interest. All cab drivers know the hotel. Staff are also well-trained, helpful & able to pre-empt your needs.   Great location next to lake and metro station. Staff friendly. Rooms were good. Couldn't access WIFI from phone for some reason so used travel router. Revolving restuarant nice. Breakfast was fine, never worth the money in any hotel but food was good.
