Superb location,great relaxed atmosphere and even thfough in the center of town its like so quiet inside.Lots of privacy and the view is among the best for a city view towards the Huangpu/Lujiazui at the distant.Highly recommended as travelling is made so easy with the easy access to the subway at People square. -

I would most definitely recommend these apartments. They are in a
fantastic location, are clean and very comfortable. The staff was
helpful and most spoke some english.
The apartments were a little deceiving before we arrived and we definitely got much more than what we were expecting. We rented a one bedroom suite for 3 people and were expecting

Excellent on all counts. Staff, rooms, gym, comfort, location...everything is perfect. The ladies at the front desk are really nice. I was pleasantly surprised to find that my room was larger than advertised. The view of the city was wonderful. I felt safe and protected in the building, never seen so many cameras in any building before. The internet was really fast and reliable the entire time I was there.
I will definitely come back there again when I am in Shanghai. 10/10

Location of the One Apartment only minutes walk from all main shopping. Easy walk to Metro station on Nanjing Rd (W). Overall standard very high of the apartment we were assigned, flexibility of the small kitchen gave us everything we were looking for. We would recommend to anyone. -

Hotel location is in a good part of the city. The stuff is doing everything to satisfy customers. At first, we have been located to a room that we didn't like. We explained to reception our complaints and asked for room change. But unfortunately all same level rooms were occupied. Anyway, they have upgrated us to another room type and changed room

Loved my stay at the Marriott, location is perfect as very close to Nanjing road and restaurants. Staff were helpful, receptive & professional. Facilities are of course top-notch and very high standards. I would stay here again.

Location, location, location!
I stayed here twice. The hotel is close to the train station - People's Square, exit 14. It's in walking distance to East Nanjing Rd without all the noise. You can also walk to the Bund really easily.
The staff are super friendly and speak English well. Breakfast was ok-good as it was included, no complaints there.

The ambience of the hotel was really good all through out the hotel, the
interior design from the lobby to the reception to the restaurants and
especially the rooms is outstanding.
The staff were very helpful and eager to serve in whatever way they can. From helping to arrange sightseeing tours or mapping out places to go, or picking up a taxi.
The staff spoke very good english, especially the concierge.

my room was upgraded to a suite. room was clean, staff on check in was very professional and the check in was quick and easy. i am a returning customer and will continue staying here on future trips. best part this hotel offers free wifi through out hotel and in rooms where as other more expensive hotels do not offer this -

The location of the hotel cant be better. Right in the middle of the
city, on the famous pedestrian street nanjing road and next to
people's park. Very easy axess to metro lines. Breakfast was rich
and the service was exellent. I need to mention our great view from our
room on the 37th floor as well.

This property is the best located hotel on the Bund side of the river.
Short stroll from peoples square metro interchange station means you can
get green line direct from Pudong airport. Exit on to Nanjing road for
shopping. Unbeatable. The price is very good .will chose it again

We loved the design of the room (we had a Balcony Suite) - it just
suited us perfectly as we were travelling with our 2 yr old son. The
resturant in the htoel reved breakfast, lunch, tea and all day room
service - and the food was excellent. I was pregnant when we stayed and
had to be carful with what I ate - so having Issimo in the hotel made

Being a small boutique hotel, there's no crowd, it's always peaceful and quiet.
Rooms are self-sufficient, everything I needed, from a safe to the ironing board, is there. There's also a laundry room with washing powder provided.
As mentioned by another reviewer, the free flow drinks and cakes at the lobby is great feature.
