  This property is the best located hotel on the Bund side of the river. Short stroll from peoples square metro interchange station means you can get green line direct from Pudong airport. Exit on to Nanjing road for shopping. Unbeatable. We check out at 12:00 oclock but our next flight to shenzhen was at 18:35 oclock, the staff kept our loggages then we could take a looking around city for hours.

  I would most definitely recommend these apartments. They are in a fantastic location, are clean and very comfortable. The staff was helpful and most spoke some english. The apartments were a little deceiving before we arrived and we definitely got much more than what we were expecting. We rented a one bedroom suite for 3 people and were expecting ... vad folk säger » a living area with sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. In reality, you are getting an apartment with two full bathrooms, a full kitchen with dish - Excellent on all counts. Staff, rooms, gym, comfort, location...everything is perfect. The ladies at the front desk are really nice. I was pleasantly surprised to find that my room was larger than advertised. The view of the city was wonderful. I felt safe and protected in the building, never seen so many cameras in any building before. The internet was really fast and reliable the entire time I was there. I will definitely come back there again when I am in Shanghai. 10/10

All the complimentary services are also quite good (permanent access to soft drinks, some small food, etc.).   Very friendly staff. Some even remembered me from a previous visit. That is nice. On my last night the hotel was fully booked but the service levels remained the same. Very easy check in and out.
