  The hotel is very well located downtown, at a walking distance of many attractions. Rooms are clean and confortable. Staff is professional and efficient.Our room was supposed to be located at a lower floor but we asked for a quiet room and we have been upgraded to the 7th floor. The view was not so great, but the room was quiet (except for some no... vad folk säger » ises in the morning). We could leave the luggage at the reception the next day until the evening when we had our flight. We definitely recommend it! - The location of this hotel is amazing. It's not far from East Nanjing Road metro station. There is exchange machine in the lobby. The staff speak English and they are very friendly. The room is cosy and has a bath, what is a really rare thing for China. I am sure that I will stay there every time I come to Shanghai.

  The hotel was our perfect idea for a short stay in Shanghai.We stayed 1 night then went out sight seeing outside Shanghai.And returned to stay in same hotel on .Booking was done over the fly via letsbookhotel.com app on my iphone.Was amazed everything went smoothly.Congrats to Sofitel congrats to letsbookhotel.com for keeping a good reputation. -... vad folk säger » The staff at the hotel were very good to me (father) and my 14 month old daughter who were travelling with my sister for for a few days, than on our own for a few more days. For the most part the facilities were very clean. Lobby and restaurant were very nice. Excellent location. I'd use this hotel again.

  City hotel is in a very good position. Very close to lots of tourist attractions and is very good for the local shopping which is right on your doorstep. The hotel is clean and comfortable and quiet which is great. 12 pm check out is a real help if you've visiting the local bars at night ;) - The location of the hotel was convenient to all amenit... vad folk säger » ies eg small shops, walking distance to shopping complexes and other areas was safe and apart from language barriers and traffic it was hassle free to navigate your way around the area.   Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Room was so spacious. The shower was huge and had fantastic water pressure. - Loved the big comfy bed, it was close to the main train station for our departure and the breakfast was superb.
