  Hotel location is in a good part of the city. The stuff is doing everything to satisfy customers. At first, we have been located to a room that we didn't like. We explained to reception our complaints and asked for room change. But unfortunately all same level rooms were occupied. Anyway, they have upgrated us to another room type and changed room... vad folk säger » as free, just with cancellation of new type's extra facilites. - my best regards and thanks to Front desk manager Mr.Jacky Wo and guest relations officer Mr. Sun ( if i am not wrong)! we had a problem with reservation which was totally our fault. it was solved out very easily an quickly. very hepful and fast problem solving staff. wish you good luck in your future career. thanks again especially to Mr.Jacky Wo .

  I would most definitely recommend these apartments. They are in a fantastic location, are clean and very comfortable. The staff was helpful and most spoke some english. The apartments were a little deceiving before we arrived and we definitely got much more than what we were expecting. We rented a one bedroom suite for 3 people and were expecting ... vad folk säger » a living area with sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. In reality, you are getting an apartment with two full bathrooms, a full kitchen with dish - Excellent on all counts. Staff, rooms, gym, comfort, location...everything is perfect. The ladies at the front desk are really nice. I was pleasantly surprised to find that my room was larger than advertised. The view of the city was wonderful. I felt safe and protected in the building, never seen so many cameras in any building before. The internet was really fast and reliable the entire time I was there. I will definitely come back there again when I am in Shanghai. 10/10
