Staffs are very accomodating. Our fridge was bad, so they got us another
room. Room service was super fast and friendly and they spoke English.
Stayed there 3 times and service improves every time - kudos. The river
view was splendid - I gained some fame twitting a twilight pic of river

Staff are friendly and efficient in here. Room is big and comfortable. It is located in front if the metro station so it is very easy to access. The rooms were big, clean and functional. The breakfast on the 49th floor gave us a great view of Shanghai. The hotel was beside a mall and subway station that makes it convenient to shop and get around the city. After the mall and subway is a lovely, artistic and trendy development marked with small shops and restaurants where you can spend an entire morning or afternoon shopping and dining. Staff were extremely helpful - nothing was too much trouble. Even when we turned up early. They made us comfortable until room was ready. Very helpful about where to go in city and assisted us with getting the best out of our last day. Breakfast was also wonderful there. In fact one of the best 5 star hotels I have stayed in.

The hotel’s location is excellent for visiting Shanghai. The metro station is just right beside the hotel. Staffs are polite and rooms are modern, spacious and clean. The swimming pool is definitely one of the most fantastic pools I have ever seen. The overall experiences are fabulous! I will come back to this hotel again with no question.

The premises was the best Serviced apartment we have ever stayed in having spent time in many around the world. Very large apartment with two bedrooms and study with two bathrooms. We had a 2 bed room apartment with a study in 18th floor. The apartment
was indeed big, bright, clean, and very nice with the dark wooden floor
(do note however that Chinese count the square metres differently than
in Europe, they count in all public places, 160 m2 in China are around
100 m2 in Europe). The beds were quite comfortable. The garden was also
very nice.

LOVED the Panaromic view in the Premier Room, everything was brilliant and consistent like most Shangri-La's. All in all, it was a great stay. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone if you want value for your money.
