  I happened to have lost my laptop in the airport, and I only found out when I reached out hotel. The concierge people - 2 female staff - followed up with Airport lost and found dept, and I got my laptop back. It was more to how calm they were and followed up.   The room is new. Very confortable. The shower and toilet are very clean. They provide 2 kinds of pillows on the beds. They provide shuttle bus to and from canton fair. That's really helpfull. - Maid service was amazing. Cleanest room in China! Excellent lamien just down the road. Close to market. Easy to get taxis from outside.
