  Staffs are very accomodating. Our fridge was bad, so they got us another room. Room service was super fast and friendly and they spoke English. Stayed there 3 times and service improves every time - kudos. The top level bar has excellent views of the city and is a great place to have a drink. Rooms are modern, luxurious and well equiped. Good spa and gym facilities.

  Staff are friendly and efficient in here. Room is big and comfortable. It is located in front if the metro station so it is very easy to access. The local famous shopping street is right in front of the hotel and is worth to visit for a day. The area is safe to walk at night and is quite. I specially need to thanks to the door man who serve - The rooms were big, clean and functional. The breakfast on the 49th floor gave us a great view of Shanghai. The hotel was beside a mall and subway station that makes it convenient to shop and get around the city. After the mall and subway is a lovely, artistic and trendy development marked with small shops and restaurants where you can spend an entire morning or afternoon shopping and dining.   I think I will like to stay this hotel again its absolutely great the rooms is so comfortable staff friendly and the breakfast is great too.   Great and wonderful staff. Big big felicitation. They have been always smiling and so much helpful anytime my family and I need help. They did make our stays so relaxed and comfortable. Pillow and covers are so wonderful. My mother almost has been not slept well since 7 years, but during our stays at InterContinental Ruijin, she was sleeping so so... vad folk säger » ftly and sweet-deeply. Romantic architectural design, peaceful and nice walking every mornings and late afternoons around. So quiet and calming adorab - Staff were extremely helpful - nothing was too much trouble. Even when we turned up early. They made us comfortable until room was ready. Very helpful about where to go in city and assisted us with getting the best out of our last day. Breakfast was also wonderful there. In fact one of the best 5 star hotels I have stayed in.

  The premises was the best Serviced apartment we have ever stayed in having spent time in many around the world. Very large apartment with two bedrooms and study with two bathrooms. We found it was the same cost as having to get two rooms at a 4.5 or 5 star hotel. Close to Shops, Restaurants and banks.Will stay there again. The apartment was indeed big, bright, clean, and very nice with the dark wooden floor (do note however that Chinese count the square metres differently than in Europe, they count in all public places, 160 m2 in China are around 100 m2 in Europe). The beds were quite comfortable. The garden was also very nice.
