  Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel itself very clean. Rooms were very nice. Breakfast was very good, many options. Location was very good. Close to all main places like Dongcheng district and Sanlitun.   Staff at this accommodation is so helpful and kind. It is hard to find at first. The taxi we took from the airport (170rmb which was scam) can not find the place he had to call the hotel and drop us at one of the entrance. There are two entrances. Although it is not located in the city center, it's 10 minutes walk from mtr station (dongimen), than it takes about 4 stops to the Tiananmen square. The apartment is clean and big,

  Staff is very kind - one of our young guests (11-years boy) forgot his passport in hotel and we were very happy when we called hotel 6 hours later and were informed that his passport was found and now we can get it - and so we did immediately, our flight was not cancelled.
