  The comfort of the beds is extraordinary, so is the quality of the food at breakfast and in the italian restaurant. Staff is friendly and helpful. We still could use the pool area after checkout. 10min walking to the rail station and subway. - Very good hotel, well laid out and clean rooms. Staff are very friendly despite the language barrier.

  We had booked a 2-bedroom family suite, which was apparently not available when we arrived--so for the same price were upgraded to a junior suite (living room, br, 1-1/2 baths) and adjacent deluxe room...very elegant and even more luxurious than we'd expected. Definitely on the pricey side, but a wonderful way to end our China trip! - Family room was fantastic, (5 adults) large and comfy beds with a large lounge area. Staff very attentive (particularly Raoul) in catering to needs and providing helpful suggestions for trips. Close to wangfujing street with lots of shopping and less than 5 mins walk to metro. Decor of hotel very grand with beautiful staircases and impressive entrance! Would definitely recommend this hotel (and whole family would too!)

  We have stayed in a basic double room in Super 8 Hotel Beijing Wangfujing. The rooms are basic and could be cleaner but that was more that enough for us as we were out all day and came to the hotel to sleep only. The hotel is about 10 minute walk to a nearest metro station, just around the corner from Beijing traditional hutongs, the location is G... vad folk säger » REAT!!! The staff didn't speak much english but were very helpful and helped us to arrange a very early taxi to the airport for a good price. The room - Staff was helpful. Even though I booked the wrong date (1 day later), staff on duty was able to adjust the date for me at the same rate that I booked. No problem with asking for directions. Location was super good. Hotel was within walking distance to quite a number of places I wanted to visit. A mini market, fruit stall, small boutique, restaurants beside the hotel. Opposite the hotel was a restaurant offering very nice porridge and eggplant dishes.

  Loved the professional check in and out and the upgrade to a gold room. Loved the spa and gym facilities, and all the amenities in the room. Loved the gold lounge and the beautiful breakfast. On our first night there I misplaced my purse and the staff could not have done any more to help me find it quickly. They also helped entertain my baby son during check-in and check-out. The hotel has great restaurants too, we enjoyed tasty evening meals and breakfasts with a good choice for everyone.
