They could organise most things easily and the staff were very helpful. The food was good (just watch out some items, esp pizza, can take quite a while!). The bar area is great, as is the extra quiet area upstairs.

  I like the friendly staff (Rick) and his promptness in assisting us whenever we needed anything.He also arranged for transportation and tickets to attractions in Kunming and gave his suggestions as well.The location is superb and very convenient as we are Muslim.A Lot of muslim restaurants around the area and within walking distance.The free airpo... vad folk säger » rt transfer is also a plus point. The driver waited for us at the Arrival Hall holding a paper with my name on it. The view from our room at Level 25 - The apartments were spacious and good quality. They made a mistake with our reservation but they were able to accommodate us for 2 nights in 2 nice apartments.
