Location is good (near Sanlitun), subway a 10 min walk. Very private since you get a doorkey and you can do and bring whoever ! you want!. &Quot;Kitchen" had zero utensils, not even a spoon!!! A tiled floor is very very cold in the living room! Supposed to have a washing machine, but not there! Tv had 650 (no joke!) channels, but all Chinese!!! No English tv... Building is new and parts are under construction = noise / drilling, hammering from 8am...! No warm water in the sink or kitchen, only in the shower... And it took 5 minutes to get warm... All in all: if u are looking for comfort: forget this place!!!.
