  From the moment we got there, the service was excellent. We were offered a choice of rooms, served tea, they carried our bags to our room (no lift), and gave us a great orientation for visiting the mountains. Cary was full of information which she was more than happy to share. Ding, the manager is extremely helpful and speaks a little English (with the help of a mobile app). The rooms are clean and spacious and when we mentioned that the Wifi was a little weak in our room, Ding immediately installed a separate hotspot.   it's location is great, our twin room was HUGE, they changed the towels in our room everyday and the western-style food was really good and actually not that expensive. The shower was also really really nice! One of the best working wifi in China so far. Nice athmosphere in the hostel. Breakfast menu with quick service. Luggage store in the hostel. Best location to explore the region.
