location - close to the airport. We actually spent the night on our way out, so we took the airport express to Terminal 2, there went 2 floors up to arrivals (the one full of people and with information desks) and asked the lady at the 'hotel reservations' how to get to the hotel - she rang it up, and 10 mins later the free hotel shuttle picked us

Staff was extremely friendly, though didn't speak English almost,
but did their best to help with ordering taxi to the Great Wall and back
and finding a good driver in short period of time. Hotel is pretty cheap
and very close to the airport, good for long connection overnight. Beds
were clean.

staff were friendly even at 2am and carried my bag to the room. Quiet and good to sleep after a lon flight. Late checkout until 3pm. Let me keep my bike inside the hotel. -
It was close to the airport. A free shuttle ran to the airport often.

The staff were helpful and one member could speak English reasonably well compared to other hotels I have stayed in in Beijing where it is nil. The greatest thing about this hotel was the heating, the room was nice and warm in! The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was traditional Chinese which I really enjoyed. The staff were amazing, really friendly. Some nice & cheap
restaurants are near by, also a muslim food, so it's halal no
worries. Car sservie shop are on same line also big pariking space so
don't worry if you drive to it. You can reach to Banks , shops and
other facilities , I'd say about 10 minutes walking ( depends on
your speed ) , the views were nice and some schools were near by. I
highly recommend this hotel, espacially if you like to walk around.

This is a good place to stay when you have a long connection. They checked you in at any time you arrive. Also they extended my check out time for 2 hours. So I didn't have to wait too much at the airport. They have a free bus to the airport. There are many restaurants nearby. -

Went for the location (walkable from Central Station, where the airport express arrives; central pier for boats to islands;; and Soho for nightlife). Stayed twice once on 30th and once on 31st floor both of which had nagical views. Al fresco coffeeon 4th floor. -
Pick up and drop at airport. Good WiFi connection and shower was hot.

This hotel was a port in the storm. I was wrapping up a five week visit
to China, mostly in the Beijing area. Most of the places I was in were
dumps. This hotel was far beyond my expectations. The staff was helpful
and friendly, the room spacious and beautifully appointed and clean!!

along to make sure my suitcases got onto a cart and I could manage them. -
Booked the hotel as an overnight stay while in transit. Very nice and helpful staff. Got a free room upgrade, near to the airport, free shuttle. Comfortable room. If you are like me and arrive late at night and your phone doesn't work in Beijing, there are payphones at the airport that do free local calls. It took me a while to figure out how to dial the airport since all had was the international phone. If you are in the same situation as me, start dialling from the '0'.

Only stayed one night. Nice clean hotel with large room.Very handy to airport if you had a long flight and just want to kip down before going into the city or staying a tour as we did. -
Location is very close to the airport (2 km or so), easy to get to your flight, ideally fit for the overnight stay
