  Value for money and very modern hotel. Stayed here last year and will definitely come back. Very friendly staff, especially the concierge. Rooms modern and clean, very good service at the restaurants - The hotel is very clean and has several different restaurants, the staff is very friendly and can speak good English. Overall the hotel is nice.

  I was there during the Canton Fair which makes it more like a time of celebration for the hotels in the city of Guangzhou. Everyone has their own special services for the fair.   This is a luxurious, comfortable hotel in which to stay. Staff are friendly, courteous, efficient and very helpful. The hotel is within central Guangzhou, close to two beautiful parks and close enough to sights of interest. The hotel is large and has numerous shops within it's precinct, has wonderful amenities including a swimming pool, sauna, st... vad folk säger » eam room etc. The rooms are large, well-equipped, tastefully decorated.   For me is the 3rd time i stayed at Baiyun Hotel. It is a good hotel if you go to Guangzhou for Business. Indeed it is a Chinese hotel and you can have some little difficulties with the language and cigarette (if you are not a smoker). Just in front of the hotel you have a metro station, and a commercial street with many options for international and chinese restaur - The staff were very helpful and many of them spoke English or were able to ask someone else to answer any questions we had. The choice of food was great. Nearly all the written information in the room was in English as well as Chinese! Generally an amazing hotel, staff and facilities.

  I happened to have lost my laptop in the airport, and I only found out when I reached out hotel. The concierge people - 2 female staff - followed up with Airport lost and found dept, and I got my laptop back. It was more to how calm they were and followed up.
